To make an immediate, high-impact gift, consider supporting the priority initiatives outlined below.
Student Emergency Fund
We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and the world-wide response. With the health and safety of our students, faculty and staff being our utmost priority, the College has moved to online instruction for all courses and labs for the rest of the academic year. These measures are outlined at stlcop.edu/covid19.
Many of our students have been impacted by this crisis and have sought financial support. The College's Student Emergency Fund provides cash assistance to students in need.
Please consider making a meaningful gift to the Student Emergency Fund. Contributions can be used to subsidize housing expenses, combat food insecurity and provide assistance for medical expenses. </p?>
BESt Pharmacy Summer Institute
The BESt Pharmacy Summer Institute—a community partnership with Barnes Jewish Hospital and Express Scripts—is a workforce development program targeting underrepresented high school students who are committed to achieving a career in health care and practicing in the St. Louis community.
During the six-week summer program, BESt participants develop their academic skills through courses in mathematics, science and language arts, all while honing their ACT/SAT preparedness, gaining leadership skills and earning up to eight hours of college credit.
The College needs your support to continue this important work. Some potential funding levels include:
- $14,000: Provide books and materials for all student participants for one summer
- $5,000: Sponsor a single student participant for one summer, including stipends
- $200: Provide books and materials to one student participant for one summer
