Alumni and friends in and near Rolla, Missouri are invited to join the Alumni Association and Anastasia Armbruster, Pharm.D. 09, BCPS, associate professor of pharmacy practice at St. Louis College of Pharmacy and clinical pharmacist internal medicine/cardiology at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, for a continuing education program "Updates in Cardiovascular Disease" (UAN 0033-0000-18-003-L01-P). Pharmacists may earn up to 1.0 contact hour of CPE credit for completing this program.

At the completion of the program, participants will be able to:
1. Compare and contrast blood pressure goals for adults with hypertension; 
2. Describe the role of sacubitril/valsartan and ivabradine in the management of heart failure with reduced
ejection fraction; and
3. Describe the role of PCSK9 inhibitors in the management of cholesterol.
