Undergraduate Transfer Admission
We are so glad you have decided to take the next step in your education here at St. Louis College of Pharmacy. These next steps will help guide you through the undergraduate transfer admission process and prepare you for success at the College.
Accepted Student Next Steps
Now that you've been accepted as a transfer student, there are a few things you can take care of right now:
- Submit Your Deposit
Once you submit your $300 enrollment deposit and Intent to Enroll form, you can register for New Student Orientation and apply for housing and parking.
- Complete the FAFSA
It’s important to complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible. The FAFSA gives you access to the largest source of financial aid to pay for your education.
Before you begin classes, there are a few more steps to take.
- Submit Your Final Transcripts
Contact your previous school(s) to request to have your official transcripts sent to the College. Submit official score reports for Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate or dual credit courses – you may be able to earn credit for them. Mail all documents to the Office of Admissions at 4588 Parkview Place, St. Louis, MO 63110.
- Register for Orientation
While you may have visited campus, New Student Orientation is your first introduction to the College as a student. During orientation, we will help you take care of all the details like registering for classes, getting your student ID and applying for
parking. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn more about our curriculum and get to know your classmates!
- Apply for Housing
Living on campus provides you with a unique opportunity to build lifelong friendships and take advantage of a network of support resources here to help you be your best. All new undergraduate students under the age of 21 are required to live on campus until they have completed 90 credit hours. Housing applications will be available online, and we’ll walk you through roommate selection at orientation. - Apply for Parking
Students have the opportunity to park on campus. Parking applications are reviewed after your enrollment deposit is received, on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is subject to availability, so it is best to apply early.
- Activate Your College Email Account
Email is the College’s primary communication channel and will be used to communicate dates and information so it is important to check your email on a regular basis. To activate your account, review the instructions.
- Submit Your Health Record and Emergency Contact Form
As a new student, you will need to complete a health form before enrolling in classes. Once you have activated your College email account, you can access your health form.
- Place your laptop order online at techstore.stlcop.edu by Monday, July 1. This laptop is a requirement for all classes and orders must be placed by Monday, July 1, to arrive in time for the first day of classes. Your laptop will be distributed to you during Fall Orientation.
