Undergraduate Transfer Admission

We are so glad you have decided to take the next step in your education here at St. Louis College of Pharmacy. These next steps will help guide you through the undergraduate transfer admission process and prepare you for success at the College.

Accepted Student Next Steps

Now that you've been accepted as a transfer student, there are a few things you can take care of right now:

1. Submit Your Deposit

Once you submit your $300 enrollment deposit and Intent to Enroll form, you can register for New Student Orientation and apply for housing and parking.

2. Complete the FAFSA
It’s important to complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible. The FAFSA gives you access to the largest source of financial aid to pay for your education.
3. Before you begin classes, there are a few more steps to take.
  1. Submit Your Final Transcripts
    Contact your previous school(s) to request to have your official transcripts sent to the College. Submit official score reports for Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate or dual credit courses – you may be able to earn credit for them. Mail all documents to the Office of Admissions at 4588 Parkview Place, St. Louis, MO 63110.
  2. Activate Your New Student Portal Account 
    To activate your New Student Portal account, log in using the personal email address that you used to apply to the College. Once you are logged in, set up your profile, share your goals and add a photo of yourself.
  3. Attend Orientation
    While you may have already visited campus, New Student Orientation is your first introduction to the College as a student. During orientation, you'll meet your classmates, interact with faculty and staff and learn more about the College.
  4. Apply for Housing
    Living on campus provides you with a unique opportunity to build lifelong friendships and take advantage of a network of support resources here to help you be your best. All new undergraduate students under the age of 21 are required to live on campus until they have completed 90 credit hours. Housing applications are be available online.   5. Apply for Parking
    Parking applications are reviewed after your enrollment deposit is received, on a first come, first served basis. Parking is subject to availability, so it is best to apply early. Learn more about parking.
  6. Activate Your College Email Account
    Email is the College’s primary communication channel and will be used to communicate dates and information so it is important to check your email on a regular basis. To activate your account, review the instructions.
  7. Submit Your Health Record and Emergency Contact Form
    Once you activateyour College email account, complete your Emergency Contact Form and upload a scanned copy of your immunization record signed by a licensed health care professional to the Student Health Record Form prior to your orientation session.
  8. Purchase Your Laptop
    Place your laptop order online at All students are required to purchase a laptop computer through the Student Laptop Program.
  9. Ensure You Have Your Required Immunizations
    Immunization Requirements for Incoming Students: 
    (must provide copies of documentation for the following)
    - Measles, Mumps and Rubella immunizations (2-shot series) or titers
    - Tetanus vaccine (within the past 10 years)
    - Varicella immunization (2-shot series) or titers (history of chicken pox is NOT sufficient)
    - Hepatitis B immunizations (3-shot series)
    - Influenza vaccination (yearly every fall)
    - PPD / TB test (must provide copy of documentation of results)
