Since joining the Student Affairs staff in 2009, Erin is responsible for new student orientation, first-year seminar class, family weekend, and student organization support. She also co-advises the Campus Activities Board (CAB). Erin earned a master’s degree in higher education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Maryville University. She is currently working toward a doctorate in higher education from UMSL.

Anne’s primary responsibilities since joining the Student Affairs staff in 2005 include supervising the resident assistant staff, overseeing programming, and coordinating administrative processes within the Residence Hall. She is acting liaison for school-sponsored health insurance, liaison to health services through Saint Louis University, and acting president for the St. Louis Area Campus Housing Association. Anne also advises the STLCOP Gay-Straight Alliance (GSA) and co-advises the Campus Activities Board (CAB). She earned a master’s degree in education at Texas Tech University and a bachelor’s degree in history at Illinois Wesleyan University and is currently working toward her doctorate in higher education at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Residence Hall Front Desk
Since taking her current position in 2008, Alicia’s responsibilities include overseeing the Residence Hall front desk and staff and coordinating STLCOP’s Disability Support Program. She also assists Student Affairs staff with resident assistant training and organizing the Top 100 Leadership Banquet. Alicia earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology at College of the Ozarks and is working toward a master’s degree in social work at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Rebecca’s responsibilities since joining the Student Affairs staff in 2004 include coordinating the first-year seminar course, supervising Success Center counselors, organizing STLCOP’s tutoring program, coordinating the Probation Support Program, overseeing the Disability Support Program, providing one-on-one academic success counseling, and assisting with the college’s Mentor Program. Rebecca earned a master’s degree in higher education and counseling at Eastern Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology at DePaul University. She is currently working toward her doctorate in higher education at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Kilinyaa returned to STLCOP in 2012 after earning her Pharm.D. in 2001. Her responsibilities include primary support of student affairs-related activities for students in the professional program, help in the development and implementation of the College’s Professional Development Program, and the organization and administration of co-curricular and extracurricular activities that promote and encourage professional behaviors. Kilinyaa worked as a retail pharmacist in both staff and managerial roles following her graduation from STLCOP. She earned a master’s degree in education with an emphasis in counseling at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, a bachelor’s degree in history at Washington University, and is pursuing a doctorate in higher education at Saint Louis University.
Campus Psychologist and Adjunct Instructor

Michelle joined the Student Affairs staff in 2012 and is the full-time psychologist on the STLCOP campus. Michelle provides individual and group counseling for STLCOP students, supervises part-time graduate clinical students from Saint Louis University Psychological Services, oversees campus mental health programming and outreach, serves as a mental health consultant for faculty and staff, and is the on-call contact for campus mental health emergencies. Michelle completed her doctoral internship at the University of Texas-Austin Counseling and Mental Health Center and earned her doctorate in counseling psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
