WHAT: Arvind Singhal, professor of communication at the University of Texas at El Paso, will discuss the importance of communication in promoting healthy lifestyles.

WHO: Singhal is an expert in the field of health communication and social change. Additionally, he is the William J. Clinton Distinguished Fellow at the University of Arkansas’ Clinton School of Public Service in Little Rock, Ark. Singhal’s research and outreach spans sectors such as health, education, peace, human rights, poverty alleviation, sustainable development, civic participation, democracy and governance, and corporate citizenship.
