Biography

DANIEL C. BAUER,  B.S.B.A.

Dan Bauer serves as Director of Human Resources at St. Louis College of Pharmacy. Dan is responsible for the college’s benefit and retirement plans, recruitment and retention, employee relations, and related legal compliance.

Prior to joining the College in 2008, Dan served as Director of Human Resources for the St. Louis Blues and Scottrade Center. In that role, he was responsible for recruitment, retention and employee relations for the arena and front office staff, managed benefits plans, oversaw workplace safety and injury programs, and developed and trained staff.

Dan earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Louis University concentrating in Management of Human Resources. He is currently certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
