| Description | Niemann Food Inc. is a family-owned grocery retailer operating over 90 locations. We are currently looking for a Full-time Pharmacist for our County Market Pharmacy in Hannibal MO. As a Pharmacist with Niemann Foods Inc. you will: · Supervise the accurate and efficient filling and dispensing of all written and oral prescriptions. · Provide patient consultation/education on all prescriptions. · Meet minimum standards for patient care. · Ensure that all Pharmacy Department Associates provide outstanding customer service. · Responsible for development training and daily management of Staff Pharmacist s and Technicians. · Maintain knowledge of and ensure adherence to all third party contracts. · Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures as well as all federal and state drug laws. · Actively participate in all store and company wide meetings. · Develop and maintain a professional and cooperative working relationship with local health care providers and store Associates. · Responsible for department support implementation and compliance with all corporate programs. · Stay abreast of changes within the profession of pharmacy.
