| Description | Niemann Food Inc. is a family-owned grocery retailer operating over 90 locations. We are currently looking for a Pharmacist In Charge for our County Market Pharmacy in Hannibal MO. The Pharmacist In Charge will successfully manage pharmacy operations which includes but is not limited to maximizing gross margins ensuring sales production controlling inventory and expenses. As a Pharmacist In Charge with Niemann Foods Inc. you will: · Supervise the accurate and efficient filling and dispensing of all written and oral prescriptions. · Provide patient consultation/education on all prescriptions. · Meet minimum standards for patient care. · Ensure that all Pharmacy Department Associates provide outstanding customer service. · Responsible for recruiting interviewing staffing managing and developing quality Associates. · Responsible for development training and daily management of Staff Pharmacist s and Technicians. · Maintain knowledge of and ensure adherence to all third party contracts. · Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures as well as all federal and state drug laws. · Actively participate in all store and company wide meetings. · Develop and maintain a professional and cooperative working relationship with local health care providers and store Associates. · Responsible for department support implementation and compliance with all corporate programs. · Stay abreast of changes within the profession of Pharmacy. Take an active role in the future of the profession. · Responsible for completing Pharmacy Associates yearly performance appraisals to enhance development of Technicians and Pharmacists.
