College Leadership

The members of the Board of Trustees constitute the governing body of the College. At any point, the Board of Trustees includes no more than 20 members, none of whom is a member of the faculty or employed by the College.

Among the board’s major responsibilities are the finances of the College, including approval of the annual budget; implementing policies of the College, including any updates to the employee handbook; and the hiring and support of the College’s president.

Dr. John A. Pieper, president of the College, reports to the board, and the president’s staff, including the deans and vice presidents of the College, report to the president.
